Clause 1

Introduction

Account Registration

To access the full range of 378win services, Users are required to complete the account registration process. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

4.1 Registration Requirements

• You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information at the time of registration, including your legal name, date of birth, email address and other details as requested.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.
• Each User is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and all bonuses forfeited.

4.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account.

• 378win will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Clause 7

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and promotional incentives offered through the 378win platform are subject to specific terms and conditions that Users must read and understand before opting in. The following general bonus rules apply:

• Wagering Requirements: Each bonus carries a rollover requirement specifying the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before winnings become withdrawable. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means PKR 30,000 must be wagered in qualifying games. These figures are illustrative — always check the active promotion terms.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 378win platform. Violation of any of the following provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Accessing or using the Platform if you are under the minimum required age or in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Creating more than one account ("multi-accounting") for any purpose, including circumventing bonus restrictions, KYC requirements or account suspensions.

• Harassing, threatening or abusing other Users or 378win staff through any communication channel.

Clause 9

Intellectual Property

All content published on the 378win platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game guides, design elements, page layouts and brand materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 378win or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

• Actions, delays or errors on the part of third-party payment providers, including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah. These providers are not affiliated with 378win and their operational availability is outside our control.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Clause 11

Amendments to These Terms

378win reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice through the Platform — for example, by displaying a notice on the homepage or sending a notification to registered Users via email.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 378win shall not be liable for any failure on the part of a User to stay informed of changes to these Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

2. Formal Dispute: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism available under the operator's license jurisdiction.
3. No Jurisdiction Waiver: Nothing in this clause limits a User's right to bring proceedings before a competent court or regulatory authority in their own jurisdiction.
